Upright Row, Stirrups

Target Muscle: Lateral Deltoid (Shoulders)

Workout Mechanics: Compound | Workout Force: Pull Exercise | Utility: Basic

Stablizer Muscle: Trapezius, Upper, Levator Scapulae

Synergists: Deltoid, Anterior, Supraspinatus, Brachialis, Brachioradialis, Biceps Brachii, Trapezius, Middle, Trapezius, Lower, Serratus Anterior, Inferior Digitations, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor

Upright Row, Stirrups Instructions

Upright Row, Stirrups Technique

Grasp handles of both stirrups with a overhand grip. Stand close to pulley.

Upright Row, Stirrups Form

Pull handles to front of shoulders with elbows leading. Allow wrists to flex as stirrups are lifted. Lower and repeat.

Attach two stirrup attachments to a single pulley cable. See Upright Row Safety.
