Supination Instructions

Supination Technique

Grasp open handle at end of shaft with palm down (pronated) grip.

Supination Form

Rotate shaft by turning palm upward. Return and repeat.

Depending on participant's range of motion and machine design, handle may need to be prerotated so resistance is present throughout movement, particularly the initial phase of rotation.
