Standing Calf Raise InstructionsStanding Calf Raise TechniqueKneel before low pulley and attach cable belt or dip belt to cable. Stand and position toes and balls of feet on lower portion of platform with arches and heels extending off. Grasp support bar for balance. Standing Calf Raise FormRaise heels by extending ankles as high as possible. Lower heels by bending ankles until calves are stretched. Repeat.
