Reverse Wrist Curl, One Arm

Target Muscle: Wrist Extensors (Forearms)

Workout Mechanics: Isolated | Workout Force: Pull Exercise | Utility: Basic or Auxiliary

Reverse Wrist Curl, One Arm Instructions

Reverse Wrist Curl, One Arm Technique

Sit and grasp cable stirrup. Rest forearm on thigh with palm facing down and with wrist just beyond knee.

Reverse Wrist Curl, One Arm Form

Raise stirrup by pointing knuckles upward as high as possible. Return until knuckles are pointing downward as far as possible. Repeat.

Do not allow elbow to rise. Hand may be placed under wrist (as demonstrated) to offer stability and to maintain horizontal orientation of forearm.
