Front Raise

Target Muscle: Anterior Deltoid (Shoulders)

Workout Mechanics: Isolated | Workout Force: Push Exercise | Utility: Auxiliary

Stablizer Muscle: Trapezius, Upper, Levator Scapulae, Wrist Extensors

Synergists: Pectoralis Major, Clavicular, Deltoid, Lateral, Trapezius, Middle, Trapezius, Lower, Serratus Anterior, Inferior Digitations

Front Raise Instructions

Front Raise Technique

Grasp dumbbells in both hands.

Front Raise Form

Raise one dumbbell with elbows fixed in a 10° to 30° angle throughout until upper arm is parallel to the floor. Continue with alternate arm.
