Cable Chest Press, One Arm Exercise

Chest Press, One Arm

Target Muscle: General or Pectoralis Major, Sternal (Chest)

Workout Mechanics: Compound | Workout Force: Push Exercise | Utility: Auxiliary

Stablizer Muscle: Biceps Brachii, Short Head

Synergists: Pectoralis Major, Clavicular, Deltoid, Anterior, Triceps Brachii

Chest Press, One Arm Instructions

Chest Press, One Arm Technique

Sit on seat and grasp stirrup to one side. Position elbows out to side, slightly lower than shoulder height. Position hand slightly narrower than elbow width in front of upper arm.

Chest Press, One Arm Form

Push stirrups out straight in front of shoulder until arm is straight. Return stirrups to original position until slight stretch if felt through shoulder or chest. Repeat.
